November is off to a vibrant start, with Denver Arts Week in full swing offering a plethora of cultural experiences. While some Day of the Dead exhibits are still available, this week also brings an array of free events across the metro area and beyond, catering to all interests from arts and education to comedy and community gatherings.

Ongoing Free Opportunities

Thanks to the Scientific and Cultural Facilities District (SCFD), many local arts institutions provide occasional free admission. Don’t miss the free day at the Plains Conservation Center on November 15, and mark your calendar to sign up on November 12 for a free day at the Denver Zoo on November 23. Veterans can also enjoy free entry to Colorado state parks this Tuesday.
